Using my life events as inspiration I reveal my fears, my unfiltered thoughts, and my sexual experiences. By writing down my feelings in candid or expressing them through drawing and painting it helps me cope with the emotion. It is a way for me to process a memory or my current situation to help myself understand why I feel the way I do. Through this body of work it inhibits me to shout the things I couldn’t previously say. Although my work is personal, in that I reveal my own experiences, I reach to capture the essence of the emotion so that others can be able to relate.
